Troubleshooting


Problem

We had some exception regarding IO Error: Socket read timed out error for a flow updating data from SAP to Oracle.

The following are the stack trace of the error:

[ART.118.5053] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to get a connection to resource StDBResource:s2live_local.

[ADA.1.204] Cannot connect to the database with DataSource class "oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource".
