webMethods Knowlegebase : FTP mget slows down after Linux patching (1790273)

Troubleshooting


Problem

Have recently applied Latest Redhat Linux patches and upgraded it from v6.5 to v6.9.

Since the patching, we started seeing extreme slowness in the FTP traffic.

Below is the thread dump for the mget call that gets struck.

It happens for all gets.

A similar FTP on and unpatched box works just fine.
