Problem

During the processing sequence, when the MDN message is being returned the following error occurs

If the developer steps through the processing, it completes without incident. The developer does have administrative rights.

On a different server, the process works correctly with the "Default" user

The "Default" accounts are configured the same on both servers. We need to know what we are missing in the configuration that is causing the failure.
