Problem

Trying to create an Image fails.

After entering Empower ID and password the error: “The installer cannot find sdc to connect to ... .” appears





Solution:

Check if the follwing URLs are allowed from firewall:

https://sdc.softwareag.com

https://sdc-hq.softwareag.com
