Troubleshooting
Problem
When starting Enterprise Manager by executing nenterprisemgr.exe, the Enterprise Manager (EM) GUI window pops up along with an additional/extra console screen. This extra console screen pop-up behavior is observed with EM version 10.7 and 10.11.
