Problem
Task Engine ignores the system property for task data encoding when emitting EDA events.
When setting the encoding scheme for task EDA events using the "eda.taskdata.encoding" system property in the wrapper.conf file for My webMethods Server, Task Engine ignores the specified value and uses the default Base64 encoding scheme.
