Problem
When creating a Service Governance asset that has a relationship with a service asset (SOAP Service, REST Service, ...), there are four different profiles (Identification, Specification, Design and Certification) related to specific stages in the lifecycle of the service asset. The user wants to validate that attribute is present when the service asset moves to a specific stage. Each profile had a Review Report attribute, and when the user accepts the state change from Identification to Identification accepted, the user wants to validate that the Identification Review Report is provided.
