Troubleshooting


Problem

Customer noticed that they are not able to view installations status again and getting cert issue even though they didn't do any recent changes. They see the error :[https://<SPMHost>:8093/spm/instances/supportedproducts|https://<SPMHost>:8093/spm/instances/supportedproducts]" at Node "local" has failed: "PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target". For more details check CCE logs. *Caused by:* *Message:* javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target . Customer is using default certs, not using any external certs.
