Troubleshooting
Problem
The customer has customized the notification message using predefined attributes however, the attributes are not being posted as hyperlinks in the actual message within the webex space. When creating this notification, the "issue key" and "project name" should be external links. When these notifications are updated, the "issue key" and "project name" should be an external link. and this is not currently occurring.
