Troubleshooting
Problem
This issue happened when customer uses windows FTP command (in passive mode) connect to IS (through Internet), and the error on the client is like below (550 accept timed out).
230 User WEC logged in.
ftp> literal pasv
227 Entering Passive Mode (219,87,28,45,41,240)
ftp> cd /ns/wm/tn/receive
250 CWD command successful.
ftp> dir
200 PORT command successful.
550 Accept timed out
ftp> quit
221 Goodbye.
The same command above is working fine if connected to Filezilla FTP server in passive mode.
