Troubleshooting


Problem

On Internet Explorer browser, due to caching, user was not able to see latest data. The older data of earlier user login was being displayed to a different user.

Fox example, when user logout ( who belongs to a different roles,groups and permissions) and another user login ( different rols,groups and permission), the second login user is seeing the first user tasks and details in "Business console --> Inbox" rather his specific queues which is wrong. Second user should see his queue rather the first one. This works in chrome but not in IE.
