Troubleshooting
Problem
If default HTTP port disabled in users environment after API Gateway (GW) Fix 13 installed, User can't login the API GW.
Neither Integration Server (IS) nor API GW doesn't show any error.
Reproduce Steps:
> Create one HTTPS port and make it primary port
> Disable default IS HTTP port
> Install Fix 13
> User can't login API GW.
