Problem
Is it possible to use the identifying queries where a value is null?
Basically we have several versions of xml that all have the same root node.
For version 1, the version will either be in sent for example here (/Order/Header[1]/Version), or this node will not be present.
For version 2 and up, it will be an attribute of the root node(/Order/@test). Version is mandatory for 2 and above.
The problem is for the Partners using version 1 and not currently populating the version node.
This causes document ambiguity if we simply do not define a condition for version 1.
