Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to send a RosettaNet message to a partner's HTTPS server, an error is returned that reads, "iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: protocol version". The partner has stated that the HTTPS server requires TLS v1.2 to connect.
