Problem

User getting below error while running waapi command: WAAPIClient: 0 method returned errors during execution:osresync.refreshOSCache: HTTP server returned unexpected status: Forbidden

Symptom

waapi command may display below error:
./waapi/bin/runwaapi -props waapi/etc/waapi.init -file ./waapi/etc/samples/resync_os.xml -user userId -password password
