WebGUI waapi client does not connect over HTTP

Troubleshooting


Problem

When running the following command to update the filters and views an error is returned:

/opt/nms/WebGUI81/omnibus_webgui/waapi/bin/runwaapi -file /opt/nms/WebGUI81/omnibus_webgui/waapi/etc/samples/reloadFiltersAndViews.xml

WAAPIClient: IO Error - Connection refused (Connection refused)
