Problem

Sterling B2B Integrator acts as a web service client. The web service provider always replies with HTTP 404.

Symptom

Web service responding with

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

for a valid request.
