Troubleshooting
Problem
Edit report or Run the report or Create Schedule the report, it shows "The web request failed, 403 Forbidden error"
Symptom
There is no issue within Cognos gateway URL or dispatcher URL from the server.
It is only showing the issue Customer's application site.
