Troubleshooting
Problem
This tool collects all the data collected with WebQuery Health Checker and also all the WebQuery
logs. This may run 15-20 minutes.
Resolving The Problem
ADDLIBLE QMGTOOLS
(How to obtain and Install QMGTOOLS and keep it current)
GO MG
12. Display build date
13. Check IBM for updated QMGTOOLS
6. Database menu
15. WebQuery Collector
FTP Data?
defaults to *YES
but it depends on the connection between your IBM i and the internet.
If you choose to try it and it does not work you will still be able to manually send that data in later.
If you have not opened a Case yet, select *NO
.
The second parameter is the WebQuery
release.
Select a release of 221
(or earlier) or 230
if your WebQuery
release is at 2.3.0
.
Select *ALL
for the third parameter Healthcheck Option
.
Select the default of Y
for the fourth parameter VLOGS?
.
Fill in the Salesforce Case number if you know it. Example: TS000000000.
- If you do not, I would change the first parameter FTP Data?
to *NO
.
- You can send in the data later after you have opened a Salesforce Case.
The output of this collection is stored within the IFS.
/tmp/DB2_WebQuery/data/
Example: /tmp/DB2_WebQuery/data/WebQuery_TS00000000_2021-05-27-09.05.27.183052.zip
