Problem
An Entity Resolver configured to crawl IBM Lotus Domino LDAP source in Watson Explorer (WEX) fails to run and the crawler session displays the following errors: "FFQEM0001E An error occurred when processing the LDAP connection." "FFQED0354 Unable to get the user list from the LDAP server."
Symptom
Displaying the details of the crawler session shows the following errors:
FFQEM0001E An error occurred when processing the LDAP connection. The reason is : [LDAP: error code 12 - Unavailable Critical Extension]
and
FFQED0354 Unable to get the user list from the LDAP server. Path is O=renovations, user filter is ....
