Troubleshooting
Problem
When starting the WAS agent v7.2.0.0.7 the following errors are seen:

Symptom
These errors are typically seen on AIX 7.1 or AIX 7.2 and may happen for 2 reasons:
* the JRE being used does not have the library files
* the JRE being used does not have the library files
* the lib/kwjwb.jar:\ line in the $ITM_HOME/aix523/yn/config/kynwb.properties file is missing.
