Warning # 67 "Document already in use" warning appears when a file is opened via menu and after that with GET FILE syntax command

Problem

I am working with Statistics 17.0.1 and have opened an example file (e.g. Employee Data.sav) with File - Open - Data. Right after opening the file I have run this syntax command to open the file with GET FILE: GET FILE='C:\Program Files\SPSSInc\Statistics17\Samples\Employee data.sav'. However, although I have activated the option "open only one dataset at a time" under Edit - Options the file is opened in a second Data Editor window named "Untitled". In the viewer I get this warning, why is this? Warning # 67. Command name: GET FILE The document is already in use by another user or process. If you make changes to the document they may overwrite changes made by others or your changes may be overwritten by others.
