VPP Token Update Error

Troubleshooting


Problem

 A user is unable to update their organization's Apple VPP License, and encounters the error "The VPP Service Token you are trying to update seems to be invalid. Please provide a valid token."

Resolving The Problem

Navigate to Apple Business Manager to download a new copy of the organization's VPP license.

In the MaaS360 portal, navigate to Apps > Catalog > More > Apple VPP Licenses.

Select "Disable" under the token.

Next, select "Add Token", and upload the new token file from Apple Business Manager.
