Problem
IBM Storage Protect Plus VMware virtual machine (VM) backup fails with "CTGGA2413 Cannot enable changed block tracking".
Symptom
Following error can be seen in the job log:
ERROR,CTGGA2413,Cannot enable changed block tracking (CBT) for <vm-name> because it has virtual machine (VM) snapshots.
The virgo log also shows similar errors:
reason com.catalogic.ecx.serviceprovider.protection.hypervisor.ProtectionException: Cannot enable changed block tracking (CBT) for <vm-name> because it has virtual machine (VM) snapshots.
