Problem

When attempting to connect to a Powerplay Enterprise server machine with the administrator tool I receive the error: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library, runtime error! abnormal program termination ppsrvadm.exe Connecting to the PPES server on your own machine works fine. Attempting to PING the other machine's name gave an error: Bad IP address. We added the name and IP address of this machine to the file \WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\Hosts and then you were able to connect the admin tool correctly. It is possible you have a network problem that needs attention.
