Troubleshooting
Problem
This technote identifies a solution to a Resource not being able to view the filter, "Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Plans" from the Work Management View in IBM® Rational® Portfolio Manager.
Cause
The Resource does not have the corresponding security option enabled in the "System Security Rights" portlet of the 'Personal Record View'.
Resolving The Problem
- Access the System Security Rights portlet
- Expand the General section
- Validate that the Resource has the right to “View Full Project WBS”
- Close and open again the session
Your Resource should now have be able to view the filter, "Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Plans" from the Work Management View
