About this task
The optimizer provides reject reason codes which showwhy the optimizer was unable to consolidate orders and shipments.You can use the Reject Reasons page to view the reason codes thatthe optimizer generated for a selected optimization run.
Foreach order that could not be consolidated Sterling TMS displays aseparate reason code for the fleets that were not eligible to deliverthe order.
For example the optimizer might reject the Truckloadfleet as a delivery mode and display the reason code Direct Modeof LTL is the cheapest option.
Procedure
To view reject reason codes follow these steps:
- Click Optimizer Runs on the Orders tabof Execution. The Optimization Runs page opens.
- Search for the optimization run you want to review.
- Select the run and click Reject Reasons toopen the Reject Reasons page.
- When you are done reviewing the reject reason codes click Done.
