Viewing PDF documents from the client, we get 'Dispatch-AcroExch.App' error

Q. We were able to load some pdf docs onto the
production system but got the error message 'Dispatch-AcroExch.App
(-214722105) could not be loaded.

A. This is the error you get when you try to view PDF documents and Adobe Exchange is not loaded on the PC. Exchange must be loaded on each PC which needs to view PDF. Adobe Reader does will not work in this environment because the API's are required to work with our client and Adobe Reader does not provide an API, Adobe Exchange does.
