Viewing Original Invoice Data

This procedure assumes that you already know how to searchfor an invoice. To view original invoice information use the followingsteps:

Procedure

  1. Use the Search page to locate an invoice.
  2. Select the invoice for which to view the raw invoice dataand click the Raw Invoice icon.

    Thedocument format signature format and raw invoice data are displayedin a separate window. Use the following commands as necessary:

    • To print the original invoice data right-click the window andselect Print.
    • To convert original invoice data to an Adobe? PDF file right-click the window andselect Convert to Adobe PDF.
    • To export the original invoice data to a Microsoft? Excel spreadsheet right-clickthe window and select Export to Microsoft Excel.
