KPIs can be used for a comprehensive view of supplier or customermetrics with reference to the status of POs Customer POs shipmentsand so forth. This provides the business intelligence to help strategicdecision-making. You can drill down to view the details of a particulartime period supplier customer and so forth. You can also configurethe KPI information in the dashboard to view details that you needto see most often.
