Resolving The Problem

This document explains how to view your PMRs on the IBM Support Portal Web site.

To view your PMRs, you should do the following:

1.Log in to your IBM Support Portal Web site:

http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/myportal

Sign in on the Support Overview portlet page.
2.After you have successfully logged in, select the Service requests and PMRs link. If it is not visible on your portal Web site, use the following link: https://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/myportal/Open_service_request:

Select the Service Requests and PMR links on the lower left side of the screen.
3.You will be directed to the Service request and PMRs page seen below:

This is an example of the service request and PMR page  screen.
4.If you would like to customize what PMRs are visible, select Search for service requests shown below. In this window, you will be able to select which customer number to search from, and the status of which PMRs you would like to be shown:

Open the 'Search for service requests" section and fill in the customer number and appropriate status.
