Thank you for contacting the IBM Global Support Center. Please try verifying that the version of the Java program installed on your computer is not being blocked by a security program. To do so follow the steps below:

1. Go to www.java.com
2. Under the "Free Java Download" please click on the link that says "Do I have Java?"
3. This page will ask you to "Verify" the version of Java on your computer. There will be a series of windows allowing you to enable the Java on your computer.
4. If you are unable to confirm that the Java program on your computer is working at this website it is possible another program is blocking the Java from loading.
