Problem
Sql statements are provided to verify that the Failure Code Hierarchy that may have been set through Applications other than Maximo is correct. This information is based on a hierarchy of Problem, Cause, Remedy.
Symptom
When attempting to add or change an object through the use of the Integration Framework and the Object Structure includes a reference to the Failure Code hierarchy. The following error message may be received if that Failure Code hierarchy is not correct.
BMXAA4521E - The internal representation of the failure report is not valid.
