Issue Overview: In watsonx.data  releases 2.0.3 and later, when attempting to add a bucket, a validation error occurs if the secret key starts with a special character. The error message encountered is:  validation failure list: validation failure list: validation failure list: bucket_details.secret_key in body should match '^[a-zA-Z0-9.@<>\-]+'. This error arises due to a restriction in the allowed format for the secret key, specifically when it begins with certain special characters.

Solution for Current Versions: As a temporary workaround for the current versions, the  secret key can be regenerated with a value that does not begin with a special character. This resolves the validation failure issue.

Permanent Fix: A fix for this issue has been deployed and will be available in the upcoming release of watsonx.data. The fix will allow any combination of characters in the secret key, including those that start with special characters.

SaaS Version: The fix will be included in the upcoming 2.1 hotfix release, scheduled for deployment after January 27th. On-Prem Version: The fix will be included in the 2.1.1 release, planned for availability after February 26th.
