Validating Attachments for Direct Print

Troubleshooting


Problem

With different servers, using Direct Print with Attachments, some documents will be ignored and not printed with the workpack.

Symptom

When Direct Printing with Attachments,. an message comes up stating that there are 'No Printable Attachments' associated with this record.
