Abstract

This document describes the software and firmware stack validated for the IBM Smart Analytics System 7600. It applies to systems that do not include the IBM Smart Analytics System 7600 Control Console.

IBM Smart Analytics System Support strongly recommends that you remain on a validated software and firmware stack for an IBM Smart Analytics System environment. The software and firmware levels within a validated stack have been tested together by IBM. If you must deviate from a validated stack, consult the FAQ about software and firmware upgrades.

- All software is 64-bit unless otherwise indicated. All DB2 features must be at the same level as the ESE software.

[2] The IBM InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager software is a replacement for the DB2 Performance Expert software. To use the Optim Performance Manager software, you must first uninstall the Performance Expert software.
