Resolving The Problem
When using the VIT data space, the VTAM Internal Trace table in ECSA sometimes wraps before the table is copied to the data space.
Increase the VIT table size in ECSA from the default of 100 pages to at least 500 pages, or best, to 999 pages (the maximum). Use the SIZE option on the MODIFY TRACE command to change the size of the VIT table in ECSA.
Starting with V1R13, the VTAM internal trace table is relocated from ECSA to HVCOMMON and the VIT data space is eliminated.
