You use IBM HTTP Server to serve static (HTML) pages and as a front-end to IBM WebSphere Application Server to serve dynamic (JSP) pages. You want to use Server Side Includes (SSI) to include a footer.html page into some of your HTML and JSP pages. How do you configure IBM HTTP Server for this to work?
