Using MSIE string in BrowserMatch does not work for Internet Explorer v11 clients

Troubleshooting

Problem

The BrowserMatch directive looks to match a string in the User-Agent header supplied by the client. Prior to Internet Explorer version 11, IE browsers would include a MSIE string in the User-Agent header. Internet Explorer 11 no longer includes MSIE in the User-Agent header string.
