Procedure

  1. Open a Firefox browser delete the address from the URLaddress bar and then type: about:config.
    Note: Do notinclude the http prefix.
  2. Press Enter to view the Firefoxsettings.
  3. Scroll through the list of settings to locate browser.cach.check_doc_frequency anddetermine if this is set to 1.
  4. If necessary double-click browser.cach.check_doc_frequency tobring up the dialog box and type 1 and thenclick OK.
  5. To apply the updated setting close the browser and restartFirefox.
