Troubleshooting
Problem
When AJAX features are used in JavaServerFaces (JSF) pages in a portlet, there might be instances where multiple action methods run as the result of clicking one button. The actions associated with the button pressed are run and also actions are run that are associated with buttons that were previously pressed on the same page.
Symptom
Multiple action methods are executed for a single button click on a complex JSF page that uses AJAX features to refresh portions of the page and normal command buttons to refresh the entire page.
