Do the FDM Source and Destination environments need to be the same versions (CPE, J2EE, and database)
Answer
Yes, the CE/CPE versions must be the same. For instance, using FDM to move assets from a source system of CPE P8 5.21 or 5.5.1 to a target system of P8 5.5.8 is not supported. The only exception to this is when using FDM to "Reassign Object Stores".
Ideally, the J2EE and the database should match as well.
