Additional information
The DirClean utility should not be used as a normal uninstall method for IBM Director. IBM Director should be uninstalled using the normal method which is through Microsoft Windows under the Add / Remove panel. If the uninstall does not complete, contact Support as there may be a specific reason for why the uninstall is not completing. This can include, but is not limited to, other dependent services that are still running and cannot be stopped by the uninstall program. After investigation of the uninstall, Support can then provide detail actions to correct the symptom, which may or may not include using DirClean.
