Using the Dashboard (Partner Task)
Sterling Supplier Portal applicationprovides a task based User Interface (UI) in the form of Dashboardpanels. The task based UI enables you to view documents received fromyour Sponsors and tasks that you need to perform to fulfill the Sponsor'sorder.
The Dashboard is displayed as the Home page when you log in to Sterling Supplier Portal. Youcan also view the Dashboard from any other screen by clicking the Home hyperlink.
The following figure displays a typical Dashboard.
You can choose to see any of the following panels in your Dashboard:
- Overview: This panel provides an overviewof new documents received from your Sponsors tasks that you needto perform within a configured period of time tasks that are overduenew communications that you receive and documents that you have savedas draft.
- Next Tasks: This panel lists the tasksthat you need to perform within a configured period of time to fulfillyour Sponsors' orders.
- Overdue Tasks: This panel lists the tasksthat were not completed within the configured period of time.
- Order List: This panel lists orders receivedin the last <n> days where you can configure the value of <n>.
- Message List: This panel lists the messagesreceived from your Sponsors.
- Alert List: This panel lists alerts thatcan be used to monitor community-related tasks.
- New Communications: This panel lists thedocuments received from the Sponsors. If you are an EDI trading partneryou can view only the chargeback documents.
You can view a maximum of five panels in your Dashboard. You canconfigure the panels that you need to see in your Dashboard. You canalso change the order in which these panels are displayed in the Dashboard.
