Users cannot access Export Data from the Controller Excel link menu.

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Excel. User clicks on the 'Controller' add-in menu.
 
All users can see the 'Export Data' menu item
  • Most users can successfully click on it
  • However, for some users it is greyed out (not accessible).
