Troubleshooting
Problem
A particular user was getting "failed to execute tool" error while running tools from webtop/webgui. The webtop server was configured to use LDAP for authentication and user synchronization from LDAP to Object server was enabled in webtop.
Symptom
Following message was displayed when user try to run a tool to acknowledge, assign, or delete an event from webtop.
