Troubleshooting


Problem

Getting LDAP exception while creating a new instance of Workflow system.

Symptom

[4/16/15 13:56:29:117 CDT] 000000bd BusinessExcep E CNTR0020E: EJB threw an unexpected (non-declared) exception during invocation of method "sendCommandBytes" on bean "BeanId(FileNetEngine#peengine-ejb.jar#PESENDAPIRPC, null)". Exception data: The user is not authenticated. Message was: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials] Root cause:javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]
at com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtx.mapErrorCode(LdapCtx.java:3079)
at com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtx.processReturnCode(LdapCtx.java:3025)

Cause

CE Bootstrap user password had changed.

Resolving The Problem

Rebootstrap the CE and redeploy resolved the issue.
