User not able to login to TMWEB

Problem


User not able to login to TMWEB but able to login to other IBM Datacap clients ie. Datacap Studio or Datacap Desktop 

Symptom

Below error in TMS logs -
DB ERROR
code [14122]: Execute failed
hr [80004005]: Operation must use an updateable query.; SQLState is 3073 [Error code :-198839259]
in: CDBConnection::_close
cs: Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\Datacap\TravelDocs\TravelDocsAdm.mdb;
db:110091c; base4base:11008f0;
/DB ERROR
