Question
In the User Management section of the UI, the interaction button for some users is greyed out. Why is this occurring, and how can these users be deleted?
Answer
Users who have been invited to use your org, but have not yet accepted their email invitation will show up in the User Management section of the CXA UI - however the interaction button does not become available until the invitation is accepted. If you need to work with these users in the meantime, for example to delete them, this can be done via the myIBM Dashboard, at myibm.ibm.com/dashboard.
