User Libraries Created with Q Do Not Show in GO BACKUP Library List

Resolving The Problem

User libraries starting with the letter Q do not appear in library backup list. Why are the Qxxxx libraries created not appearing in the library backup list in OA?

Generally, libraries whose names begin with Q are not considered to be user libraries. Exceptions are the following libraries shipped by IBM; however, they may contain user data. They are considered user libraries and are included in the library backup list and in backups of all user libraries.
